He was engaged in large industrial and communal investments as a construction manager in Germany.

In Hungary he worked as an investment manager and a technical supervisor for Austrian and German property developers.

He accomplished the technical supervision of building construction in IVG Infopark building D.

He participated in the reconstruction works of several city centres in the past years as technical supervisor and investment manager of residential buildings.

Pál Gellért Kiss

Certified architectural engineer, chief planner

Mr. Kiss gained architectural experience in architect offices of great renown and then he worked as an individual architect. Between 1992 and 1999 he was the chief planner and the construction manager in several new investments and monument reconstructions in Germany

He was engaged as planning and technical supervisor in the investments of Infopark buildings D, E as well as in RiverPark and StefániaPark.



 

Dr. Palócz Miklós 

Certified building services engineer, expert witness, technical and planning supervisor

Besides being a lecturer at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, he participated in several investments as a planning specialist, expert and technical and planning supervisor.

As for IVG office buildings he cooperated in the construction of Infopark buildings C, D, and E and in the office buildings RiverPark and StefániaPark as technical and planning supervisor.

He cooperated several times as an expert in building maintenance on behalf of IVG.

His scientific and professional public activities include being a board member in the Chamber of Expert Witnesses and in Section of HVAC in the Building Association.

Pintér Imre Tamás

Certified architectural engineer, chief static planner, construction manager

Besides being a lecturer at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics at the Faculty of Architecture, he participated in several investments as a planning specialist, expert and technical and planning supervisor.

As for IVG office buildings, he cooperated in the construction as a planning supervisor and construction manager in Infopark buildings C, D, and E and in the office buildings RiverPark and StefániaPark.

He has significant scientific contribution in the theoretical and the practical research of structural reliability.

He is a member of the Section of Mechanics in the Building Association and founding member of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.

Sándor Ferenczy

Electrical Engineer

He gained professional experience in the IT sector, in process control project leading, in CAD system development as well as in leading the construction of high current devices. He was involved in the planning and the supervisory phases of major industrial developments.

He came into contact with the IVG projects when supervising the electric works in the Infopark buildings C, D, E, in StefániaPark, in RiverPark and in Andrássy Street 12.

 


Vilmos Suda

Certified architectural engineer, engineering manager

He gained professional expertise mainly in the field of construction, being engaged in the construction of several major public buildings, monuments, residential buildings, industrial trade and sports facilities.

He participated in the phase of planning as well as that of the construction of several projects.

He cooperated in most of the IVG-related property developments as leader of the team in charge of technical supervision, planning supervision and various technical expert tasks. He was awarded with the Budapest Architectural Niveau Prize in 2000 for the Hapimag Apartment Building.
